Make your own homemade Salt substitute |

If you are looking for an alternative to salt then this recipe may well be the answer. Use this recipe in place of table salt. You can make your own dried orange and lemon peel by stringing strips onto a piece of string and hanging them up in the kitchen. When quite dry, they can be ground in an electric grinder.
